At Blonde.Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
